How to Qualify for a Meal Program

If you are a senior or a person with a disability, you may be eligible to participate in Medicaid home food delivery. Home and community based services (HCBS) provide opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive services in their own home or community rather than institutions or other isolated settings.

If you're currently a Medicaid / Medicare recipient, contact your assigned case manager. Your case manager will confirm your eligibility and send an authorization to MagicKitchen.com / MK Meals on your behalf.

For more information about government funding for our meal programs, individuals should contact their:

Local Area Agency on Aging (AAA) or The Social Security Administration.

Alternatively, your health insurance plan may have a post-discharge or a chronic care benefit. Call your health insurance agent for more information on whether you would qualify.

If you don't qualify for a health plan benefit for your meal programs, or for a Medicaid benefit, you can still self-purchase our meals. We have a self-purchase option.
